Conversion Optimisation Manager

After completing her MA at the University of Edinburgh, Emma spent a number of years working within in-house sales and marketing roles, with a focus on maximising lead generation and sales completions while supporting wider business goals and ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and retention.

Since joining our team at the start of 2014, Emma has garnered exposure to a wide range of client accounts; from lead generation sites to large multinational retailers including Big Bus Tours, Temperley London, Envirofone, Toys R Us, Wolseley, and Tesco.

In her current role, Emma is responsible for developing a data-led CRO strategy for every client to help support and feed into our search marketing campaigns, while also overseeing stand-alone conversion optimisation projects encompassing everything from data analysis to user research, persona discovery, usability testing, journey review and split testing.
