Digital Content Manager
As a Digital Content Manager at QueryClick, Lauren is responsible for overseeing the content strategies across some of our largest accounts including Tesco, Toys R Us and B&Q. With a Master's degree in Creative Writing from the University of Glasgow, Lauren has a wealth of experience writing for both print and digital media, including The Skinny, The List, and time spent editing for an English-language newspaper in Vienna.
Working with a number of high profile e-commerce clients, Lauren produces and manages creative content across a number of blogging platforms, delivers a range of content reporting and insights, and works closely alongside clients' content teams to provide consultancy and training.
Having identified a gap on a leading toy retailer's site which meant that they were missing out on huge numbers of traffic from informational searches, Lauren worked closely with the client's internal SEO team to create informative and optimised buying guides on a range of topics.
This new content drove upward of 25,000 unique visitors to the site and generated revenue of just under £35,000 in a period of just three months.
